Pastry Chef de Partie Coastal Hotel 2 Rosette Dorset Up to 19k Plus Tips Live in

Chef de Partie Pastry required for this Amazing Stately Coastal House Hotel which is situated in Dorset. The hotel serves an interesting mix of Fine Dining, mid-week corporate, weekend weddings, summer afternoon teas, events and private dining.

As Chef de Partie Pastry you will be expected to complete daily prep lists and make all pastry items including Ice-creams, Sorbets, Breads and a wide range of Modern plated desserts. Depending on your experiences you may be given the opportunity to showcase some of your own ideas, working closely with the Head and Sous Chef to develop menus and help the team to constantly improve standards.

To apply for this position of Chef de Partie Pastry you will have a proven track record of working in 2 -3 AA Rosettes or above hotels or restaurants with a good stable back ground as Chef de Partie Pastry and have a real passion for excellent food.
