Job Title: Inside Sales Representative - Swiss German Market
Location: Cork City, Republic of Ireland
Salary: €33k basic - €55k+ OTE , Tons of benefits and career progression opportunities

They now seek to recruit and develop the next generation of Sales Leaders. Through the experience and first class training gained within this role, you will be expected to be ready for a promotion to a Field Sales Rep after a period of 2-3 years in one of following 8 countries;
Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Switzerland and the UK

Role:

o Generate sales demand in their assigned territory.
o Manage and drive business (both existing and new) around data storage products and services by working through the channel
o Work closely with the field based representatives to ensure you capture and develop all business opportunities.
o You will be an office based Sales Representative offering Information Management Solutions and Services through local partners. You will be expected to close deals, multitask and work to deadlines.
o As an Inside Sales Representative, with responsibility for your own territory, you will need to ensure that you manage your time and effectively manage deal cycles, liaising with the field representative in your territory to drive market coverage.
o Sales objectives are achieved by selling company products and services to new clients in a challenging yet growing Mid-Market sector.

Responsibilities:

o Create and identify new business opportunities by interacting with a wide variety of accounts from small and medium sized organizations
o Perform outbound sales activities such as lead follow-up, sales qualifications and offer extension to new and/or existing B2B customers
o Meet activity metrics for outbound calls, appointments and opportunities identified
o Manage a portfolio of client accounts and liaise closely with the field / channel
o Generate and develop new business in the Mid-Market Segment
o Ensure sales targets/objectives are achieved quarterly and annually
o Continuously improve the buying experience for our customers

Requirements:

o Fluency in English and German required
o Proven Sales experience in the IT or similar Industry (2+ years) Previous experience in the IT storage space is desirable
o Previous experience in an Inside Sales environment desirable
o Ability to handle constructive and critical customer feedback and implement ideas for process improvement
o Capacity to explore and understand customer business needs rather than just customer IT requirements
o "Can Do" / "Winner" attitude essential with a hunger and drive to overachieve and succeed
o Excellent communication, presentation & negotiating skills
o Proven experience to working to tight deadlines in a fast paced environment
o Experience using a CRM tool to update customer interactions, and to be able to multitask
