Please follow the below steps to configure your email accounts on I phone.
1. Go to the settings tab and click on it.
2. Then Click on Mail, Contacts, Calendars option.
3. Select Other:-
4. Click on Add Mail Account
5. Enter your information:-
6. Select the account Type:-
7. Add your complete name, email address.
The host name should be either mail.yourdomainname.com or the name of the server or the IP address of the server.
User name would be your complete email address.
8. Click on SMTP
The host name should be either mail.yourdomainname.com or the name of the server or the IP address of the server.
User name would be your complete email address.
If there is no SSL certificate assigned to your domain or the email account, please turn off the SSL.
The default SMTP port number is 25 without SSL. If you have an SSL certificate please enter the port number as 465
9. Under the Advanced tab, the settings should be as following:-
If there is no SSL certificate assigned to your domain or the email account, please turn off the SSL.
The default incoming port number is 110 in case of POP account and 143 in case of IMAP without SSL. If you have an SSL certificate please enter the port number as 995 for POP account and 993 for IMAP account.:hammering:
After All the settings are saved, the phone will start verifying the connection, please make sure that you have a strong internet connection during the verification process.
Once verified, your account will be ready for use.:eukrocks:
