As well as providing listings of properties for sale and help with obtaining a mortgage, Greenaway Residential’s new site offers support to landlords in the market for rental properties. As before, there’s an option to sort rental property results by price and location, but there’s also a tool on the new site that allows prospective landlords to calculate how much a mortgage on a rental property will cost. Greenaway Residential understands that buying a property for rent is made harder by the fact that it has to generate rental income. The site’s new mortgage calculator allows prospective landlords to calculate the cost of mortgage repayments and work out exactly how much rent they would need to charge per month to make a profit.
