Assets

statistics.

an email newsletter. Forms allow you to collect contact data and add additional information to their profile.
Landing Pages
Landing Pages within Mautic are a powerful tool for quickly creating compelling content with a single focus. Use pages for directing contacts through a campaign or providing a way to download an asset, or merely tracking interest in a particular subject. These can be created within Mautic using existing templates, HTML code, or importing form another source.
Dynamic
Dynamic content is about using the same email, form, landing page, or web page to deliver a unique message to each visitor. For example; If the contact filling in the form is in the construction industry, they can be directed to construction case studies, whereas if they are in the hospitality industry, they can be directed to other relevant materials.
Campaigns
Campaigns are central to creating an automated workflow to assist with your marketing efforts. Campaigns consist of various external points of contact which will engage your contacts. These engagements can be created to occur on predefined time intervals or in
response to specific contact actions and information.

Marketing Messages
Emails

All of these must be created or configured before you can use them in a campaign.
Marketing Messages
When a contact specifies how they wish to hear from you, you can set up marketing messages to combine all channels into one for ease of use. This will enable you to setup a campaign and only have to push one stream of channels instead of potentially 4 separate
actions.
Emails
Emails can be created to be used within campaigns and other list activities. Emails provide a means for direct interaction with potential customers, clients, and contacts. Emails can be
created as;
Template Email; A template email is automatically sent by campaigns, forms, point triggers, etc. These can be edited but cannot be sent to a contact segment..
Segment Email; A segment email can be manually sent to selected contact segments. Once the email has been sent, it cannot be edited. However, it can be sent to new contacts as they are added to the associated segments.
Custom Email; A custom email can be sent to just one contact and can be based on an existing template or created at the time.

Points
Points provide a way for contacts to be scored. These points have both triggers and actions. Each term will be properly defined and a thorough understanding of how points function will ensure that your overall marketing automation process is successful.

Point triggers are resulting events which are fired based on the achieved point total of a contact. In simple terms, when a contact reaches a minimum number of points, the point trigger is fired and an action is performed.
Manage Actions
Point actions are those times when a contact receives a change in their point total. These actions can be either positive or negative point changes and are based on a particular action as you determine.
