B. L. has/have retained Davis Law Group, an award-winning, Seattle-based civil litigation firm, to represent him in possible legal action related to an accident that took place on 10/14/2016 at approximately 6:45 AM am in Lynnwood in Washington state.
Accident description: It was early in the morning, between 6:40 and 6:45 AM. Our client was trying to catch the school bus. He was crossing the street in the middle of the block. The defendant driver was trying to beat traffic by passing the stopped school bus. After going around the bus, the defendant driver hit our client. The bus had its yellow lights flashing when the car sped around it.
This incident occurred near the intersection of Meadow Rd S and 149th Place SW in Lynnwood, WA.
B.L.’s injuries included spinal injuries, as well as injuries of the pelvis and legs.

B.L. was the victim of this horrible accident. The actions and conduct of the defendant driver have been under investigation by the Snohomish County Sheriff (2016‑162258).
