My new site has been built to target multiple English speaking search engines. Accordingly, the pages have URLS such as mysite.com/en-us/page, mysite.com/en-gb/page and mysite.com/en-in/page.
En-us is the default so that mysite.com/page forwards to mysite.com/en-us/page.
The question is, which is the better link structure for US SEO, mysite.com/page or mysite.com/en-us/page? Or are both equally effective?
Any insight on your thinking would be appreciated.
