We have no internet since last Thursday. I am using Telstra broadband cable servcie.
Is there anyone have same problem in West Ryde area?
I have contacted Telstra Customer Service. They have checked my modem LED lights.
Symptom:
They cannot find my service session in Telstra system...
Also, internet LED light is off (sometimes later flashing for a second, then off again)
It is very frustrating...
