Hi, I have been experiencing a BigPond and Foxtel outage since a power failure affecting Rodney Ave Beecroft on Monday. Telstra website doesn't have any info other than stating it'll be fixed but no reliable ETA. Does anyone know what's going on? The person on the support phone was unable to provide anything more than what's on the service status page. The troubleshooting tool said my modem was unreachable. Anyone?
