B. Buddy WOD, for time:
– 100 cal. Ski-erg
– 100 Pull-ups
– 100 cal. Row
– 100 Handstand Push-ups
– 100 Burpees
note: female buddy’s go for 70 cal., male-female buddy’s go for 85 cal.
