About the Position
We are looking for an experienced Cashier who is technically competent and performance driven for our Al Futtaim Motors branch in Fujeirah.
As part of the team you will be responsible to provide finance support to the Branch Accounts Manager and Automotive Corporate Finance Department. You will be accountable for error-free cash register operations, payment processing, and interaction with customers. The key responsibility of the role is to handle customer's payment transactions as well as safekeeping and balancing the cash drawer, invoicing, maintaining daily sales collections (cash/credit/debit cards, CDC/PDC), verify credit limits, Process of Refunds, Petty cash, AR Posting, and authorize final release of vehicles for customer delivery, substituting the role of Branch Accountant. About You
The ideal candidate must have minimum 3 years' of experience as an Assistant Accountant preferably from an Automotive background. You must have a Degree in Commerce or Accounting having good experience on ERP systems.
To be successful you will need to have extensive front end Financial Control experience and strong analytical skills. You must be well organized, have excellent communication skills, working under pressure and have the ability to use computer applications especially MS Excel. You should have the ability to build and maintain friendly, warm relationships with customer.
