Are you of those people who skip breakfast or don’t like to eat breakfast? Studies have found that eating breakfast improves short term memory and attention. Students who eat a balanced breakfast perform better in school than those who don’t. Foods at the top of brain-fuel list according to researchers’ include high-fiber foods such as oatmeal, no sugar whole grain cereals, protein such as eggs, and nuts, also yogurt, an fresh organic fruit! Avoid any sugar coated cereals, high calorie sugar laden cereals hinder concentration, in school, place of work and life in general! Start your day on a positive note:) To your health!
