Ingredients:
1 ripe mango (1 cup) peeled and cut into pieces, discard seed
3 ripe passion fruits, sliced open, pulp removed and placed in blender
1 small banana
1 cup of fresh orange juice
8 ice cubes
If smoothie is too thick add more orange juice 1/4 cup at a time.
GARNISH
2 tablespoons toasted coconut
DIRECTIONS
Place first 5 ingredients into a blender for 2 minutes until smooth and creamy.
Garnish with toasted coconut
