REFUNDS: Refunds are not permitted. Crafty Frames, LLC cannot offer refunds due to the digital nature of our items. NO REFUNDS ON DIGITAL ITEMS. Due to the nature of the digital file - ALL SALES ARE FINAL! NO REFUNDS ON CUSTOM MADE ITEMS, DIGITAL OR NON-DIGITAL. Our small staff team is more than happy to assist you with any questions or issues, however, Crafty Frames, LLC does not offer refunds on these specific types of products.

WHAT DO YOU GET?
An instant download that consist of a zipped folder. Please know how to properly unzip a folder prior to purchase.
The zipped folder contains the .svg file that you upload into your cutting machine software as well as instructions in a text file that will explain to you how to upload and use the file in Cricut Design Space. You will also receive a copy of our digital designs terms of use.

HOW TO USE...
1. Each .svg file must be uploaded into the cutting software of your choice. Please know how to use your design software before you purchase.
2. If you are using Cricut Design Space Software, this is the easiet way to use our .SVG files.
3. If you are using the Silhouette Cameo Software (DESIGNER EDITION) please refer to your software upload instructions before purchase. Not sure if you have the designer edition? This is basically just an "upgrade" from the basic that you obtain by purchasing a code and using it to upgrade. Just Google "Designer Edition Silhouette Cameo" and you'll find tons of vendors who sale the upgrade! Please check your access to this software or another software that cuts SVG files before purchasing.
If you are using another cutting device, please check that .svg files are compatible with your cutting device.

- Our designs are created with the INKSCAPE software so I highly suggest you have access to this software or another software that cuts/creates SVG files before purchasing if you want to change colors and you are unfamiliar with the Cricut Design Space software or the Silhouette Cameo Software. If you would like to download the INKSCAPE free software, you may do so at https://inkscape.org. Inkscape is professional quality vector graphics software which runs on Windows, Mac OS X and Linux. There are numerous videos on YouTube that you can learn from in order to properly and easily use INKSCAPE.
USING WITH CRICUT DESIGN SPACE.... Each design in our shop has personally been tested using the Cricut Design Space Software with the Cricut Explore Cutting Machine. Each one cuts fine and the colors are separated in layers. You may change the colors of the designs before you cut them in the Cricut Design Space Software. Please see the “HOW TO USE:” section above for further information on how to use with your Cricut Explore machine in Cricut Design Space.
