[There's a long pause as her voice comes on, shaky and most certainly rattled. If you had not heard Connie before, this would seem normal for someone first arriving, but certainly not the way the twelve going on fourteen year old usually sounds].
Excuse me. I'm...Connie. Connie Maheswaran, citizen of Beach City Delmarva. I seem to be in a strange, undisclosed place, and some of the things I've seen...oh gosh, I don't even want to THINK about it. I'm not even sure where I am, I wouldn't begin to...be able to explain myself. I think I'm losing my mind!
Please, if anyone has any place or information to give, I would appreciate it. I don't know if I'm kidnapped or fell asleep or whatever gets you HERE.
