@tabasco yea, DSI synth prices have dropped considerably, especially on the discontinued products. Very soon itll be a great time to buy used. Perfect Circuit Audio has (had?) new Mopho Keyboards for 500USD.
At this point I feel obligated to buy a Tetra to polychain to my MoKeys...especially at 650 new...
The El Capistan is amazing. I was immediately aware that it doesnt sound like a real tape echo. It sounds significantly better than U he Satin's tape echo presets. It is a real pleasure to tweak live as well. Even if the implementation is very simple the spring reverb is lush and adds a brillaint depth to the echos if used sparingly.
