I am sure that there is a problem with the BT Yahoo mail logon process. The system seems to fail or nearly fail frequently, sometimes saying there is a logon problem, after which the message disappears and logon completes as normal. Sometimes the dreaded "4 steps" message appears. However quite frequently a further attempt shortly afterwards allows a normal logon. If there truly was a problem, and the account was locked, this could not happen. Not only that but going through the rigmarole, changing password and logging in again is no gurantee that it will not recur in a very short time.

Can anybody categorically state that there is not a problem with the logon system? If not, how come that one can later log on normally without going through the "4 steps"?
