I switched from sky to bt on 28th Feb 15 and part of my reason for doing so was to receive the £125 sainsburys voucher if ordering online, which I did. Our broadband was connected on 7th April and I registered for the voucher on the same day. As the voucher did not arrive I submitted the email enquiry form 2 weeks ago, and have had no response. I rang bt customer services today who were no help and said I should just submit email enquiry again! Any help? Very frustrating!
