Hi there. I am getting charged for the engineer call out when trying to order a new broadband package online. currently I have a new modem in the property that works and so I do not need this service. When I choose the drop down option for this is then states I choose I need an engineer. This is a fault with the website and I need this to be resolved. Any help would be great
