New Compliant CSPs!

The FedRAMP PMO is excited to announce  three new systems, including one JAB Authorization and two Agency Authorizations!



ServiceNow earned a JAB Provisional Authorization (P-ATO) on February 17, 2016 for its Service Automation Government Cloud Suite.



Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online for Government is now FedRAMP Compliant and earned an Agency Authorization from the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).

Dynamics CRM is a Customer Relationship Management software package developed by Microsoft. The Dynamics CRM Online allows users to coordinate workflow and develop metrics for the sales and marketing efforts within an organization.

Cisco Webex is now FedRAMP Compliant and earned an Agency Authorization from the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).

Cisco WebEx industry-leading web and video conferencing helps people to easily meet, collaborate, and stay productive anywhere, anytime, on any device. Cisco WebEx Meeting Center is a cost-effective alternative to face-to-face meetings

Reader Submission: Case for using FedRAMP

Early in my federal security experience, I supported a government application hosting data center enclave as a security configuration manager for a large internet-facing government system. This required understanding many FISMA, NIST, and DISA controls and security configurations. I also had to verify that the systems in the data center were operating properly to these control requirements, which meant sending continuous monitoring reports to federal agencies.

New 3PAOs

The PMO has added two new Third Party Assessment Organizations (3PAOs) to its roster of accredited independent assessors.

MBL Technologies and RSM US LLP are available for use by agencies and Cloud Services Providers (CSPs). The American Association for Laboratory Accreditation (A2LA) accredits FedRAMP 3PAOs with the FedRAMP PMO providing final approval. Please contact A2LA for more information on becoming an accredited FedRAMP 3PAO.
