Cedar Planked Salmon

Choice of side – Brown sugar soy glazed – red pepper flakes – tarragon aioli   $34.00

Fresh Alaskan Halibut season starts late March to December.  Alaskan halibut dons a white firm flesh with mild flavor.  Flash fried halibut and pan seared halibut are two of the best preparations of this steak like fish.  Pair it with a deep oak chardonnay or sauvignon blanc to highlight the textures and flavors.
