The purpose of this study is to test the feasibility and preliminary outcomes of an education and skills training program for caregivers post-stroke. The intention is to provide an additional resource for caregivers after their loved one is discharged from the hospital, since resources are often lacking post-discharge. The goal is to increase knowledge about stroke, encourage self-care and healthy habits, and promote self-efficacy through basic education, skills training, and goal setting.  The program is 5 weeks, approximately 1-2 hours per week (dependent on caregiver needs) and is completely remote. Caregivers will receive a program booklet in the mail, in addition to having access to online resources via a secure platform through the University of Utah. The study team will check in with the caregivers once per week to answer questions and monitor goal progress.
