Every year, Buffalo Exchange managers from across the country gather to discuss fashion, business practices and more during the annual company meeting. Recently, the whole team gathered in Tubac, Arizona for three days of training and camaraderie. And you better believe everyone brought their fashion A-game! If you’re looking for solid spring street style, a Buffalo Exchange company meeting is better than Paris Fashion Week.

Now that winter is officially here and arctic blasts are sweeping the nation, what better time to start thinking about spring? Plus, online shopping all the post-holiday sales is a great way to prevent family overload this week. For your 2017 inspiration, read on for the top spring street style trends, as seen on members of the Buffalo Exchange herd.

Classic Rock

Mo from Buffalo Exchange Portland (Hawthorne) shows off his extensive vintage tee collection.

Vintage Charm

Jen from Buffalo Exchange Nashville strikes the perfect balance between vintage and modern in a classic striped fit and flare dress accessorized with harness boots and a turquoise squash blossom.

Lace It Up

Can you say trending? This group of managers shows us how to rock spring street style for the whole squad. Note the lace-up footwear, off-the shoulder blouses and matching sets.

Bold Florals and Army Greens

#Twinning! California Regional Manager Jenny and Denise from Buffalo Exchange New Orleans rock a vintage floral dress (left) and Free People floral dress (right) with black boots and army green outerwear.

Pale Neutrals

Buffalo Exchange Founder Kerstin takes the pale neutrals trend to a whole new level in beige Eileen Fisher sandals and layers of dove gray.

Yin and Yang

Opposites attract! Kathleen from Buffalo Exchange Brooklyn keeps it light and airy in an A-line dress and neutral accessories, while Daniella from Buffalo Exchange Berkeley rocks the health goth trend with a pop of metallic.

Mini to the Max

Ashley from Buffalo Exchange Seattle (U-District) strikes the perfect balance for spring in a denim mini dress and over-the-knee boots, while Stormy from Buffalo Exchange Seattle (Ballard) balances out lace-up sandals and a floral mini dress with a leather moto jacket.

Don’t Sleep On It

Caitlin from Buffalo Exchange Las Vegas captures the essence of the pajama trend in this beautiful slip dress and floral kimono.

Cool and Casual

These peep toe boots are everything we want to wear for Spring 2017. Seen here on East Coast Regional Manager Anna.

Pointed Toes

Pointed toe flats and ankle boots are the biggest trend in footwear right now, adding a minimalist edge to any outfit.

The Latest in Layering

Nicole from Buffalo Exchange Long Beach does a dressed-up version of the latest tank dress-over-tee layering trend. This is a great way to make your warm-weather wardrobe work for the cooler spring days!

Do You Even Clog?

Lauren from Buffalo Exchange Tempe and Julia from Buffalo Exchange Phoenix look put-together yet laid back in these chunky clogs.

Victorian Gothic

Alexis from Buffalo Exchange Fullerton gives us a minimalist Gothic take on the Victorian trend in this sheer-sleeve velvet dress, complete with bow detail, and pointed toe boots.

Take Me to the Festival

Stormy from Buffalo Exchange Seattle (Ballard) is making our 70s dream come true in this fantastically festival-ready look. Note the faux fur heels and raw-hem straight leg denim.

Didn’t You Get the Memo?

Mike from Buffalo Exchange Philadelphia and California Regional Manager Viki are giving us punk style envy in these matching black overalls and band tees. Can you believe this was a complete coincidence?!

Coffee Break

Turtleneck? Check. High-waisted denim? Check. Coffee? Definitely check! Julia from Buffalo Exchange Phoenix and Kat from Buffalo Exchange Albuquerque are rocking cool-casual looks perfect for a spring coffee date.

Rock n’ Roll

Lauren from the New York training team and Lisa from Buffalo Exchange Boston (Allston) put a sophisticated spin on rocker style with subtle details like lace-up skinny jeans, a fringe bolo tie, a classic moto jacket and platform sandals.

Off-the-Shoulder

Linda from Buffalo Exchange Portland (Downtown) is Riviera-ready in this printed off-the-shoulder dress and ankle strap heels.

Does this sound like the kind of meeting you’d like to attend? Join our herd! We’re always looking for talented (and stylish!) individuals with the Buffalo spirit.
