Ahmed Hussen, a recognized lawyer in Toronto, is now one of the three new members of Justin Trudeau’s Liberal cabinet. Hussen has been appointed as the new Minister of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship.
Hussen came to Canada at the young age of 16 as a refugee from Somali. After his arrival in Canada, Hussen lived with his brother and began working in order to pay for his schooling at York University. It is evident that his heritage and his Canadian citizenship has allowed him to achieve great things.\
As the new Minister of Immigration Hussen refuses to disregard the legacy of his culture, but he prides himself in being what he considers a true Canadian.
We at Bright Immigration send our well wishes to the new immigration minister.
