While Shah Rukh Khan’s ‘Raees’ and Hrithik Roshan’s ‘Kaabil’ are all set to release on January 25. There were rumours that International superstar Jackie Chan’s upcoming film ‘Kung Fu Yoga’ might clash with them. As The film’s official release date was announced as January 28.

‘Kung Fu Yoga’ is an Indo Chinese collaboration and also stars Bollywood actors like Sonu Sood, Disha Patani and Amyra Dastur. It is made in Chinese and English.

Then clash between the Jackie Chan starrer with Raees and Kaabil has been averted. The makers of the Indo China project have delayed the release date. Sources now confirm that the film will release on February 3 in India.

Sources said, “It makes sense since the biggest challenge for the distributors would have been to figure out how to accommodate Kung Fu Yoga alongside Raees and Kaabil, if at all the release were to happen in the Republic Day weekend itself.”

Sources further added, “There are 5000 odd prominent screens across the country and these too are less for both ‘Raees’ and ‘Kaabil’ to fit in. Even on a conservative scale, Kung Fu Yoga would warrant over 800 screens. Had the film actually released on 28th January in India, the situation would have become pretty complicated for one and all.”
