Google Enforcing Non-Secure Warning in Chrome effective January 1, 2017
Last year we notified all customer’s that Google was placing a higher value in their search engine ranking algorithm for sites that use SSL to encrypt their pages. Now Google is taking another step “towards a more secure web.” Effective January 1, 2017, any page that collects passwords or credit cards and is not encrypted using SSL will show a “Not Secure” warning in the address bar when accessing the page using Chrome.
Now would be a good time to check your web site and verify that all pages that use passwords or collect credit card information have are secured using SSL. The warning is quite prominent and is designed to alarm the web site visitor. In the near future, Google will make the warning even more alarming, by using red highlighting and warning symbols.

2. Select your desired SSL and complete the Required Information
