The biggest awards ceremony of the year is here! The 89th Academy Awards was broadcast live this morning, with several Hollywood celebrities gracing the Red Carpet. The ceremony was hosted by Jimmy Kimmel, and needless to say, he kept the audience as well as the viewers engaged throughout the star-studded show. This year, there was a lot of hype around the Oscars, with every movie nominated in the Best Picture category being equally competent for the award. Among Moonlight, La La Land, Lion, Arrival, Mancheste

r by the Sea, Fences, and Hacksaw Ridge, the competition was tight as to who would take home the most number of awards. La La Land received most nominations, and Arrival and Moonlight were tied at second place. The winners' list, however, told a different story.
