Blissology Yoga Honey Sequence

The Yoga Honey sequence is a flowing series of postures meant to access all planes of movement. It will leave you feeling loose, calm and grounded.

It’s roughly-based on the Ashtanga Primary series but modifed to also include front-body streches (back-bends), and more accessible hip openers for tight, Western hips.

We learn 4 variations of this sequence in our Blissology 200 hour training.
