A Chinese manufacturer of webcams that were infected with malware as part of a massive cyber attack last Friday participated in a US trade show in January together with Ciklum, the Ukrainian sofotware company in which George Soros bought a stake in in 2015.

A Chinese language site lists Ciklum as an exhibitor in a computer trade show, the CES, in the USA in 2016 along with Hangzhou Xiongmai Trading creating a tenuous temporal and geographical link.
Tenous as the link is, it is a real link given the very large numbers of computer trade shows in the USA in 2016. althought it the participation of Ciklum and Xiongmai in the same US trade fair in January may also be a coincidence.
