7 Battles threw down on a partner version of Feats of Fitness on Sunday!
We started with a partner Deadlift, then Partner Cindy, a rowing/situp/kettlebell swing triplet, and ended by Running (or walking slowly) up Fort Mountain for the greatest views in all of Epsom.
