ENGINEERING PSYCHOLOGIST, Human Factors: The School of Psychology invites applications for a tenured or tenure-track position in Engineering Psychology, at the Assistant Professor or Associate Professor level. The successful applicant will have earned a Ph.D. in engineering psychology or in an allied program (e.g., applied experimental, applied cognitive, human factors, etc.) at the time of appointment and have established publications, a funding record, and teaching qualifications commensurate with the rank sought. The applicant should have a strong psychological science perspective. We are looking for someone who is comfortable in both theory and application and whose research routinely contributes to both. Preference will be given to applicants whose research bridges work within the program and across programs in psychology. The successful applicant will be expected to maintain an active, funded research program, teach graduate and undergraduate classes (including graduate introductory engineering psychology classes), and be an effective departmental citizen.
