Systems

The Department of Graduate Business Administration is seeking
applications for a full-time tenure-track Assistant Professor in the
area of business analytics and management information systems.
Position is a nine-month appointment. The successful candidate must
have demonstrated for excellence in teaching, commitment to graduate
education, communication and interpersonal skills sufficient to work
effectively with a diverse array of students and colleagues, and
ability to integrate real world experience with academic theory.

Responsibilities include: (a) teaching a variety of graduate courses
including but not limited to business analytics and information
systems; (b) applied research and professional development in areas of
individual specialization; (c) University service, in the context of
collaborative relationships with our higher education community; (d)
assessment of courses, course content, and course development within
various graduate programs; (e) advising graduate students in the GBA
programs, as well as online and cohort programs; (f) provide support
to the Program Director of MS in MIS/MS in Business Analytics.

Qualifications are Ph.D. or D.B.A. in analytics or data science
(preferred) information systems, or a related field. Additionally, the
candidate will have formal training in statistics, management science,
information systems, or analytics. Candidates must be committed to
excellence in teaching, while maintaining expertise in the analytics
and/or information systems fields through the pursuit of professional
development and/or applied research. Significant business or
managerial experience.

Candidates who are offered a faculty position at Benedictine
