Federated Media has introduced a new music format to WTRC-AM.
WTRC-AM became Frank 1340 AM, The Music Of Your Life at 5 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 17.
Frank 1340 AM features music from Frank Sinatra and Nat King Cole to the singer-songwriters of today like Michael Bublé and Adele.
Over the course of any hour, listeners can enjoy a wide variety of recording artists that including Sinatra, as well as Dean Martin, Perry Como and Ray Charles, to Elvis Presley, The Beatles and Norah Jones.
“Frank 1340 AM is the perfect companion for listening whether at home, at work or in the car. With a gigantic music library that spans decades and genres, there is something for everyone,” said Jon Zimney, Frank 1340 AM Program Director.
In addition to providing listeners with the Music of Your Life, Frank 1340 AM will keep listeners up to date with news, provided by News/Talk 95.3 Michiana’s News Channel and weather from the weather team at ABC 57. With Elkhart County’s stake in the farming industry, listeners will also be able to stay up-to-date with the latest ag news, as well.

The talk show line-up, including Glenn Beck, Rush Limbaugh, Casey Hendrickson, Sean Hannity, Lars Larson and Coast To Coast AM that was previously heard on WTRC-AM can still be heard on 95.3 FM and www.953mnc.com.
