Overview

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an accomplished Paid Media Manager to join their Paid Media Team. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to build on experience gained as a result of their proven track record in paid advertising and help turn our clients aspirations into reality.

The purpose of your role will be to work within the Paid Media Team managing a portfolio of clients covering a number of channels including paid search and display. With the ability to shape your clients paid media strategy and make a real difference to their business,they are looking for someone who can do the day to day optimisation of a campaign as well as think about the bigger picture and emerging trends. Challenges can range from launching new products with big budgets to making a clients budget go as far as possible to drive measureable results.They want someone that lives and breathes paid media with a real passion to further develop their skills, face challenges head on and become an integral part of the company to make your mark ontheir clients.

Duties will include:

Creation and implementation of paid strategies as well as providing on-going paid media consultancy

Set up and manage a range of paid advertising campaigns via a variety of search engines and technologies for a portfolio of client accounts on channels including search, display and video

Work as part of a client team to ensure the clients objectives are at the centre of all activity undertaken, deliverables are met and activity is communicated effectively

Conduct analysis using tools such as Google Analytics to review site performance, conversion analysis, and user behaviour as well as competitor analysis

Conduct PPC audits for new clients and support the sales process where needed

Identify up-sell and cross sell opportunities that will help clients meet their objectives

Attend client meetings where appropriate and lead the paid media section

Contribute to department meetings and objectives.

Participate in internal training programmesand ensuring high standards are maintained through everything we do

Skills/Experience

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years experience of managing multiple client accounts and have a very strong practical knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Adwords, Bing Ads and paid search advertising on multiple platforms. Must be comfortable with both search and display advertising and have a proven ability to in delivering successful paid search strategies.

Will have skills/experience in the following;

Excellent working knowledge of paid search platforms including Google Adwords and Bing Ads and their offline Editors

Must have previous experience managing a client portfolio. Experience launching new products or in the gaming sector advantageous but not required

Be able to carry out comprehensive paid search and analytics reviews with a focus on performance, measurability and tracking

Have experience in reviewing tracking set up and pin pointing any potential issues

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be highly organised

Google Adwords qualified

Solid experience with Google Analytics (Ideally with Google Analytics Qualification)

Confidence to liaise with internal departments to communicate campaign strengths weaknesses

Must be knowledgeable about the latest industry developments and a passion for all things paid

Experience in using bid management tools advantageous

Agency experience is preferablebut not essential with skills in multiple languages also a plus
