They are looking for professional, customer focussed and highly experienced Service Delivery Manager to join their team. They are looking for individuals with a great understanding of the industry and the following hands on experience:
Checking time bookings, managing timesheets
Attending service review meetings
Resource Scheduling
Project co-ordination / project management
Telco order management
Order Contract Administration
The following skills are also desirable but not essential:
Maintenance contract management
Order / delivery management
Sales order processing
Repeat Quoting and quote updates
Personal Attributes
Strong verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
Methodical Logical problem solver who enjoy finding solutions to problems
Quick reactor who remains calm under pressure and able to prioritise workloads at all times.
