Registered Nurse / RN - 4th Floor Telemetry. SIGN-ON BONUS AVAILABLE: $8,000-Day Shift / $10,000 Night-Shift. Unit Description: The 4th floor Telemetry unit has a total of 48 beds with an average RN patient ratio of 4-5:1. This is a moderate to high acuity unit with a focus on patients who are being treated for illnesses including, but not limited to: congestive heart-failure, myocardial infarction, and any complex medical step-down patients. This unit also receives pre/post cardiac catheterization patients. Our Ideal Candidate… The ideal Registered Nurse for the 4th floor Telemetry unit will have a minimum one year of experience working on an inpatient Telemetry department. Well qualified RN's will have experience hanging cardiac drips and will be proficient with reading and interpreting EKGs. All candidates for this department must have a positive attitude and demonstrate a commitment to working in a professional and caring environment. He/she will be an effective team player and must be committed to delivering the highest quality of patient care. Minimum Qualifications: Current Florida Registered Nurse Licensure. Current BLS and ACLS certification issued by the American Heart Association. Minimum of 1 year of hospital RN experience. Previous telemetry nursing experience is required. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must meet minimum experience requirements to be eligible for the sign-on bonus. One Team. One Mission.
