PERRY, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) — The Mahala Club of Perry will be hosting Touch A Truck on April 20.
The Touch A Truck event will be from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Guardian Centers of Georgia.
There will be a quiet hour with no lights, sirens or other loud noises from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. for those who have sensory sensitivities.
Jennifer Jones, Mahala Club member, says she is looking forward to the mobile book bus that will be at the event. There will also be an assortment of trucks to interact with as well as a kids area.
Individual tickets are $5 or $20 for a family pass.
All proceeds benefit the Rainbow House Children’s Resource Center, a local organization who serves victims and families of child abuse and neglect.
