I decided to try this product because I have Lyme Disease and my doctor always talks about how important it is to detox and I am already taking a ton of supplements that are all natural. This product eliminates toxins naturally and helps with digestion. I have started having more regular trips to the bathroom. (I also have IBS that usually goes from one extreme to the other) I have been taking this supplement for a couple of weeks and I have lost 4 pounds without any exercise or diet change. I am not taking this supplement for the weight loss but I am not complaining! I think the best part about taking this supplement is that I have lots more energy to get more accomplished each day. With Lyme, energy is minimum and rare, so having even the smallest amount of energy is great! I have also noticed that I do not have as much joint pain and swelling.
