Job Summary

Responsible for coaching and mentoring team members in conjunction with Life Claim Director\. Directs, supports, trains and leads Customer Care Professionals in a group Life and AD&D claims Call Center environment\. Also responsible for interviewing, hiring, coaching and performance managing individuals within team as well as working with other Team Leaders to maintain acceptable service levels in a production, in\-bound call center\.

Basic Qualifications

+ 4 or more years of related experience
+ High School Diploma or Equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

+ Associates or Bachelors Degree
+ 4 years of Call Center experience
+ Previous group life and accidental death and dismemberment insurance experience
+ Supervisory experience
+ Strong data entry skills
+ Ability to work independently
+ Effective communication skills
+ Motivated and customer focused
+ Excellent problem solving skills and results oriented

Responsibilities Include

+ Working with Life Claim Director in creating Group Life and AD&D claim call center
+ Creating and monitoring call center activities
+ Direct communication with customers and beneficiaries
+ Respond to telephone inquiries regarding life or AD&D claim issues, research the claim as needed and provide a response to the customer
+ Project an attitude of service, empathy, and patience to all customers
