About Zurich Direct Markets:

This division of Zurich Financial Services specializes in providing property and casualty insurance, and Finance & Insurance \(F&I\) products, to the automotive industry\. We have a dedicated sales force of licensed property and casualty agents and F&I professionals who meet regularly and directly with our customers\.

Our Finance and Insurance Executives:

• Market our F&I suite of products and services to large, franchised Automotive Dealers

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers

• Manage an existing territory driving growth and profitability

**Job Qualifications**

• 4 or more years of related outside sales experience or 2 or more years of direct sales within an auto dealership environment

• Understanding of principles of sales, sales techniques and sales terminology

• Knowledge of our industry, market and competitors

• Knowledge of personal computers, internet research techniques and business system applications

• High School Degree or Equivalent

• Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to reside within the sales territory \(Spokane or the Tri\-Cities\)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree

• Knowledge of F&I business offerings

• Knowledge of industry warranty products

Additional Qualifications:

1\. Extensive understanding of principles of sales, sales techniques, and

sales terminology\.

2\. Advanced understanding of our industry, market and competitors\.

3\. Thorough knowledge of F & I underwriting principles/techniques\.

4\. Thorough knowledge of F & I business offerings plus basic knowledge

of all F&I and P&C products\.

5\. Basic understanding of insurance and reinsurance principles\.

6\. Understands principles, techniques and terminology of claims and the

claims process\.

7\. Thorough knowledge of legal and regulatory environment, specifically

within area of responsibility\.

8\. Knowledge of personal computers, Internet research techniques,

company\-approved software, and business system applications including

customer systems\.

9\. Extensive knowledge of customers business and operations including

interpretation of financial statements and administrative processes\.

10\. Understands financial results and how results affect the bottom

line\.

11\. Understands effective training and training delivery methods\.

12\. Knowledge of company's vision, organizational structure, culture,

philosophy, operating principles, values & code of ethics\.

13\. Understands and applies techniques to manage multiple priorities\.

14\. Possesses a high level of motivation to achieve necessary

involvement within a team\.

15\. Understands the importance of and demonstrates a commitment to

personal and professional growth\.

16\. Outside sales experience preferred\.

17\. Licensed to sell insurance products in states where required\.

18\. Successful completion of formal F & I training a plus\.
