<p>As of September this year, the Ministry of Education will pay 11 thousand 5 hundred dollars per annum in tuition support for each child in a state run place of safety.</p>
<p>Education Minister Reverend Ronald Thwaites, says the tuition support is in addition to the payment of examination fees.</p>
<p>Addressing a function hosted by the Office of the Children's Advocate in Kingston, Reverend Thwaites said the education ministry has been providing text books and resource material to these institutions operated by the Department of Corrections.<br /> </p>

<p class="introduction" id="story_continues_1" itemprop="description">Manchester City's Yaya Toure wants assurances he will have a "job for life" at the club.</p>
<p>The 31-year-old midfielder was said to be <a href="http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/27484318">"very upset"</a> by a perceived lack of respect shown him by City's owners.</p>
<p>But his agent Dimitri Seluk says Toure wants the "same club for as long as possible" as well as similar treatment to that given Zinedine Zidane by Real Madrid.</p>
<p>Zidane became an adviser and coach at Madrid after ending his playing career with the Spanish giants.</p>

<p><strong><u>Z ENTERTAINMENT</u></strong></p>
<p>A photo posted on Instagram of the Smiths' daughter, Willow, lying in bed with a shirtless 20-year-old actor Moises Arias has sparked an investigation of the Hollywood parents.</p>
<p>The Los Angeles Department of Children & Family Services opened the case last week and are taking it very seriously.</p>
<p>The picture itself caused an internet uproar earlier in May that prompted Arias to delete the snapshot from his account.</p>
<p>Following the social media outcry, Jada Pinkett immediately came to her daughter's defense claiming there was nothing sexually inappropriate about the image.</p>
<p>She spoke out to photographers exclaiming the picture was taken completely out of context.</p>
<p>The investigation is expected the be thorough and long, out of caution for the situation.</p>
<p>Officials will speak to Willow and Arias on an individual basis to discuss the incident.</p>
