<p>A bus driver charged with over 20 counts of breaching the road traffic act, was fined 71 thousand dollars, when he appeared in the Black River Resident Magistrates Court on Wednesday.</p>
<p>Rohan Johnson of Westmoreland, was arrested and charged by the Saint Elizabeth Traffic Police recently.</p>
<p>Johnson who plies the Savanna-La-Mar to Kingston route is also wanted for traffic breaches committed in Kingston and Clarendon.</p>
