This week’s Collection Spotlight showcases Jeremy from Michigan. Jeremy shows off his collection through professional grade photographs and displays which clearly demonstrate the pride Jeremy has for his love of Zelda. Once Jeremy played the first dungeon in The Legend of Zelda, he was hooked and had to collect every single game. Hit the jump to view all of Jeremy’s collection.

My name is Jeremy. I’m 23 years old and I am from Kalamazoo, Michigan. The first memory I have of Zelda is playing The Legend of Zelda on the NES in the office of my dad’s auto body shop.

I was very young and could hardly get past the first dungeon, but I still loved every second of it. On Christmas, 1998, my older brother and I opened up our very own Nintendo 64. Our mother had gotten us the Collector’s Edition of Ocarina of Time. I would have to say my happiest Christmas memory is sitting and watching my brother running around Kokiri Forest as Link trying to find that first sword. Ever since then I have absolutely loved this series. Unfortunately I missed out on quite a few of the games growing up, so about a year ago I decided to try and collect all of them. Now I have quite the little Zelda Collection of my own!

I think my favorite item that I currently have is A Link to the Past. They don’t make games like that anymore. The box is in superb condition and the map inside is like new. I also really love my gold Nintendo 3DS.

One item that I would love to have, well actually three, are the Zelda CD-i games. I would love to have them for my collection.

Weekly Collection Selection:

This week’s Collection Selection is going to feature one item, The Skyward Sword Link Figma action figure. This action figure is quickly becoming a coveted Zelda collectible. Prices range from high $40 all the way past $100. Hurry and get one of these before they are rare and extremely expensive to own! I hope you find an addition that makes your collection even more unique.

In closing I ask, would you like to see your collection spotlighted on the website? Do you want to share how you got into Zelda and show off the items you are proud of owning?

Send me an email at tyler@zeldadungeon.net. Include some pictures, a little background of who you are, how you got into Zelda, your first Zelda game, a listing of the items you have now, what you hope to own in the future, and your favorite item.

Please do not be frightened or discouraged when you see these showcases. I’m receiving emails from collectors who are hesitant to have their collections featured even though they are quite good.

Also feel free to comment on whatever you like. A personal favorite of mine was hearing about how Jeremy got into Zelda, how about you? What type of items would you like to see in the Collection Selection? List it below and I will attempt to find it for sale!
