How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator:
My time as an Administrator has been great. I first got Admin over 9months ago. I have been in many situations and handled them correctly. Also if I was to become a Super Administrator I will use the Powers in the correct way. Administrator was a great time for me , I enjoyed it to the best that I could. I feel like my time as a Administrator will great for me to become a Super Administrator because I have a lot of experience throughout the months of my time here.

What makes you a good candidate for the super administrator team?:
I think I'm a great candidate for this position as a Super Admin because I have lots of experience. I'm also online everyday. I feel like I am very worthy for this position as a Super Admin because I am always with staff looking over them , helping them to improve on something or either just a question that they need answered. I also know the rules very well. I have great experience as a Administrator that will help me become a Super Administrator , I have been Admin for over 9 months. If I was a Super Administrator I will also take care off staff and make sure every staff is doing their job correctly and not abusing/offending users in any ways. I'm always playing around on the servers helping out users. Helping users is one of the biggest things I like to do , when ever a user has a problem or a general question or either wants to chat I'm always there for it.

Also below are some other things about me.

Activity
I have a lot of activity within the community and SSRP. I feel that all my activity is very good and ready for this position as a Super Administrator.

Trust
I'm very trusted within the community with powers as I'm currently SSRP Admin , Forum Staff in both General Discussion and Semi-Serious RP and also a TeamSpeak Staff. Also I am a Ex- Surf Administrator in which was a great rank but I had to drop it because I was losing interest in surf. If I was to Get Super Admin my trust will become even more better.

Dedication

I'm very dedicated to the Community as I'm staff on many server in which I listed above. I'm online everyday helping out users around the community. I have also been working hard to gain higher positions in the community , this is why I'm applying for Super Admin.

Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available:
There have been hundreds of situations that I have been in which was needing a Super Admin. Example: One day I was checking out for people breaking rules and I found a guy who was bhoping very good and fast. I felt like it wasn't right because he was gaining a lot of speed. So I had to call a SA+ online to Anti-Cheat him , I believe it was Tyler who came on and caught him and also his friend was hacking. If I was a SA I would be able to handle this situation myself due to me being able to Anti-Cheat people and I would have to annoy other Lead Team members as they are always busy and they can get annoyed.

Explain how you would review and handle an abuse report against another staff member:
First of all I would speak to the user who has reported the staff member on TeamSpeak. After Speaking the User I would get the Staff member online and speak with him aswell and see his side of the story.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly?

For Example: An Administrator bans Player Y for Permanent for the reason Mass RDMing. I check Player Y's F6 menu and I notice that he hasn't been warned/punished for RDM or Mass RDM before.

I would goto the staff member and tell him that players should be treated fairly. I would link him to the Staff Ethos and tell him he shouldn't of been permanently banned and say he should of only been warned.

After that I would tell him that I am un-banning the Player because he shouldn't be permanently banned. I would also say that hes not in any trouble and that I was just helping him out and make sure that he was doing his job correctly.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation?:
So , If I found a Staff Member struggling with dealing with a user for example in a F1 he is struggling with a RDM situation and there are two completely different sides of the RDM situation and this Staff member is new and doesn't know what to do. I would firstly TP to the Staff Member and help him to sort out the situation and make sure it all goes right and the user/user's get their punishments. After that I would ask the staff member if he has a minute and tell him on how to improve on doing his f1's and what he can and can't do. I would then say If he has any problems he can just simply message me or another staff member on steam or even ask for help in-game. After all this I would spectate that staff member for a few days and making sure he is doing everything in the f1's to the best standard as he can.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation?
Firstly if the staff members are arguing I would get them both to calm down. Then after I would speak with the staff member who is reporting the other staff member for breaking the rules. I would ask him to explain everything that went down , Later after that I would ask him does he have any proof of this staff member No-Clip abusing.

After I have spoken to him/her I would speak to the one who is being reported of this rule breaking/abusing. If the staff member agreed to doing this I would tell him off for it and not to do it again. I would also bring it up in the LTM for the other lead team members to discuss aswell.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks and argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation?
If I spotted a Staff Member acting in disrespectful manner towards another staff member I would tell the staff member to calm down , I would tell him to get on Team Speak as I would want to speak with him. When the Staff member gets on the Team Speak I would take him to a private spacer to where we can speak. I would get the Staff member to calm down and explain what he done wrong , this is what I would say: Being disrespectful to other staff/users can be very bad and hurt their feels and affect yourself in the community. I would tell him to not do this ever again and I would bring it to the other lead team members.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member?
If I spotted a Staff member breaking rules in affecting other players around him for example the Staff Member was prop pushing people and their cars. I would stop him straight away and freeze him bring him to a roof , I would ask the Staff Member if he could get on ts or if he wishes to speak here. I would tell him that prop pushing is not allowed and that if he/she may of seen it as a joke but other people didn't and they were unhappy to see a staff member trolling around/breaking rules in which is very disappointing coming from a staff member who we are meant to trust with these powers to help stop the rule breaking and that your breaking rules. I would tell him by giving him a chance to not to do it again since it is his first time and also tell him that if he is caught or seen doing this again he will be punished.
