Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
RDM other wise known as ' Random Death Match' is a very well known rule on RP server, exceptionally on Garry's mod. It is when players or player kill/ attack another player in a non rp situation or for no good/rp reason at all of that matter and is a very well broken rule and servers. Example: Player 1 brings out a gun and starts laying lead into player 2's body because he is trigger happy or because of the guys haircut was bad.
Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
New life rule/NLR is another well known rule on rp servers and it is a very basic one, when most people join and roleplay lobby, they will make up their very own character up, wither he is a man with a heart of gold or a man with a heart of stone, players play as them but like all role play servers, they will die and when they die they must create a new character and forget everything that happens to them/people who killed him etc and must not return to the place of death in the given time. Example Aaron dies by a bunch of thief's that raid his house. He must forget everything that happened to him and not return the the place of death within the serves given time. ps He can make a whole new rp character, you don't need to leave 
Explain "Meta gaming" and give an example scenario.
Meta gaming is a rule where you cannot act out of an rp situation to real life and not possibly known that in the game. Example: Player is buying goods from dealer and everyone can see it in chat. Police cannot put wanted arrests for them until its been seen by their very own eyes.
Explain how you would handle the following situation
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
At this situation i would begin to ask player y why he killed player x. If he denied it, i would show him log proof then aks again etc. If he then says that player x did this to him so he killed him then there would be nothing else i could do then see video proof of what really happened cause then it would just be word for word and anyone could be lying. If he admitted doing wrong and apologized, i would warn him and tell him not to do it again or he could get worse than a warn.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time. I would tell him that it shows that he killed him moments after he killed you and ask him why he did it. Anything could be told at this point, for example: He was a cop and the person killed him was raiding pd so he went back (allowed to do this on server) but if he was being raided and it was clear proof it was breach f nlr, he would be warned. Lets just say for now tho that he was breaking rules and the player killed him for no rp reason (rdm) then i would say that it dosent give him authority to go back and kill him, two wrong don't make a right and tell him that in future he should contact a staff member immediately.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
i]Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided: When the player calls out an rp situation on ooc (out of character) it is a breach of the rule 'meta gaming' and would politely tell player x that it is not allowed and give him a warning to not doing it again.
Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words) I believe i should be chosen to be part of Zarp staff because i have played on a very large amount of roleplayer servers, i know everyone is different and servers all have different rules but near enough every server have the same basic rules like rdm, nlr etc etc so i do know understand the server rules and played on the game to automatically know when there is a rule break. I am a very dedicated person so i would take a responsibility like this very very seriously and would not be selfish and ruin it, this position takes effort to get in so i wouldn't mess it up, you only get one chance. I'm 17 years old from Scotland and i know Jordan is also from there as ive spoken to him multiple times in game and we share the same 'banter' if you want to call it that so i think we would make a good team if it ever comes to that. I'm the type of person who dosent jump to conclusions straight away, for example: i've been told player 1 killed player 2 and player 2 reported it and it did show om logs he did, i would bring both aside and ask for both side cause for all i know, player 2 could have been robbing him, raiding him etc, so i will always hear both sides of the argument. I haven't ever been staff before, tho i have applied so i'm being honest and letting you guys know that i haven't been one before but i did have an rp server that i owned but no one really joined and i had to cancel it because i had exams and never really had the money to keep it gong but i do know the commands and stuff. I am a loner/hermit so i'm always on pc and on gmod so i'll always be on Zarp when im up so i can always be here to help, i usually go tp bed around 2am (GMT) and wake up at 1pm so that's my schedule if you want to call it that xD. Also wanted to add that from the past couple of days i have been getting rdm'ed etc and have always kept a cool head about it and contacted a member of staff, i also record everything and send it to the staff member helping me so i can definitely keep a cool head in sticky situations
