Hello everyone! A lot of you may know who I am within the community, if not - Hiya I am Gamersfunhouse. I am a user who has been around for 3 years and started my journey on Zarp back on Jailbreak as a person who didn't like rulebreakers (Ironic huh?), I pretended to be a moderator to try to deal with rulebreakers on the Jailbreak server by saying "As a Moderator I cannot ban, however what I can do is get an admin and put your ban into pending and should go through within the next hour!" This ended up with DCXBigdaddy catching me and asking me not to pretend to be staff, oh boy was that awkward getting caught out infront of everyone, I then ended up applying for Jailbreak moderator and got accepted, FINALLY I WAS A REAL MODERATOR! I continued playing and didn't quite understand how the promotion process took place and didn't realise it was nomination based and I tried to 'apply' for admin, nevertheless I got denied.
Eventually I was promoted to admin and shit was about to go down, I in turn managed to cope with the rulebreakers being there a lot easier with my new found powers. Around half a year later Jailbreak was given the news of shutting down and I still felt like that was the only Zarp server, little did I know I would end up finding the SSRP server which is now 'my home' within the Zarp community I guess, I was greeted into the server by joining a base full of some of the most amazing staff members, they started me off and let me borrow their VIP printers for a bit and I was set. I carried on playing through until the update with two servers, gangs with upgrades & special weapons was added! I carried on playing throughout bloc_42 which was my one of my faveourite times on the server, god it was the BEST!
A year later I applied for staff and was a moderator for a long while until I was demoted for my F1 count getting progressively lower and was demoted for my rank. I think this is what triggered me leaving the community and joining an Ex-Community Managers community (This community honestly didn't last long). Anyway I joined back and quite a bit had changed there wasn't new special weapons, printers or any of those fancy gadgets you guys have today there was just a lot of new faces and it felt like I was trying to settle into a new community again which I didn't like, however I managed it and I stayed for a while and re-applied for staff and was accepted but was told to keep my f1's and activity up. This felt like it put me under a lot of stress when it didn't and made me resign. Nothing interesting really happened during that time of me being a Moderator.
Fast forward to my 3rd time becoming Moderator and this is when stuff really started to deteriorate my attitude became REALLY poor and I resigned and turned into a troll and was quickly punished multiple times, a little after that I was community banned and was gone from the community for around 8 months, during that time it didn't stop me still being a little shit and creating alt accounts to go on SSRP and on the Forums. I was unbanned with the promise "I have changed" and let's be honest, have I changed? Now I am just a minge not many people like because I don't know when to keep my mouth shut.
This is where the sorry comes in, I want to appoligize to anyone I have offended, upset or trolled during my time back at Zarp, this is where shit changed I am working on changing and no longer being a minge. You'll obviously see my make mistakes every once in a while, who doesn't? I am going to be working on my activity and hopefully going towards staff, I have played many other communities in the past and none of them have given me as great an experience as Zarp has, I have met so many nice people here and it's a shame I chose to ruin it for a couple of laughs so yet again, I am sorry guys!
This thread marks the change and from now on and I am no longer going to be an idiot.
