Time Spent at ZARP

As you can see from the image above, I've been here since the 2nd of January 2015. This may not seem very long as there are other applicants for the position with over 1 or even 2 years of experience here at Zarp. During my time here at Zarp though, I have been staff on every single server that Zarp has to offer currently, here is a list of my accepted applications:

Age

I'm currently 14 years old; I will be 15 next March.

How do I meet the requirements?

I believe that I meet all the requirements to be Zarp's next CM, and this is because of the following:

Staff Ranks

I have been staff on every single server Zarp has to offer, this meaning I have experience and knowledge across all of Zarp's servers meaning that I will be able to help out everyone on all servers, even more than I currently do/have done previously. Currently I hold 2 staff ranks which are very dear to me, Global Moderator and Deathrun SuperAdmin. These ranks come with extensive commands, and an extraordinary amount of trust and experience required to hold them. I believe I currently play these roles with great precision, maturity and dignity.

Determination

I'm a determined member of Zarp, despite my history of resignations. In my school year, exams won't start for a long time as I'm in Year 10 and we have more coursework than exams, so school shouldn't get in the way. This means I have a lot of time to spare and help out the Zarp servers and I will be able to attend every single meeting. I am also on Steam, Whatsapp and usually the forums during school hours, so I will be able to help people with any problems they may have.

History with Other Communities

While my first ever Garry's Mod community I fully joined was Zarp, I have been a part of several communities in other games before, as well as being trusted staff ranks on a few of them; most of these communities have been DayZ/ArmA communities. Here's a list of a few of the communities that somewhat stand today:

Shade Echelon, a tactical DayZ clan

I was a decent rank in this community as well as being TeamSpeak staff, and Forum Staff on this community - which back then was a very big accomplishment as very little people had the powers I had.

PurelyArmAGaming

This was a community that I owned prior to joining Zarp, we had a very small playerbase and staff list due to whitelisting, difficult application processes and a cheap server host. The server was laggy, the application processes required you to have 100 hours minimum gametime to even apply for Ranked User (even lower than Moderator here at Zarp) and you had to attend an interview with a staff member to become whitelisted, hence the fact we had about 10 players a day, where the player cap was 55. I payed for the server hosting, the forums and the TeamSpeak3 server we had, while my real life friend did most of the coding work for the server. All I did coding wise was mount mods and addons to the server (which is a pain in the ass for ArmA). When I joined Zarp, I gave the server to my friend, expecting him to pay for it but he never did and the servers were shut down, the Forums deleted and the database wiped.

Enough of the previous communities I was in, the only one that really matters is PAG (PurelyArmAGaming) as I owned it, developed it (somewhat) and dealt with the staff team.

Personal Attributes

People Skills

I'm a very friendly person when it comes to people, I'm nice, helpful and supportive to anyone who needs it! There's not one time where I'm mean to someone for the sake of things, I always aim to be a good friend to people even if I don't know them well. Throughout the community I have met people who perhaps had some issues in their life, and I supported them through hard times - even though I didn't quite know them. People always comment on how I'm a nice and funny guy and there's always a way for me to make someone laugh!

Leadership

I'm very experienced when it comes to leading a staff team, or dealing with other staff members; as well as taking the point when other people aren't available. I effectively deal with and handle the Deathrun staff team, and I feel as though they're supportive of me and enjoy having me as a Super Admin

Trustworthy

I've said this previously, but I've been staff on every single server before, as well as currently holding 4 staff ranks (BHOP Mod, Deathrun SA, TS Staff and Global Moderator) showing that I can be trusted with powers across the entirety of Zarp servers. Me also being a Lead Team member shows that I can be trusted in a place where I'm expected to help out and possibly deal with issues within a staff team on a daily basis.

Team Player

As well as me being a generally nice guy to people, I'm always a good person to work with as I can cope with immense amounts of pressure, and I'm always able to work to a deadline. Previously I have made some achievements by working with staff members to uncover certain cases. If it weren't for the resilience of all the people I was working with we wouldn't have been able to deal with the situations.

Previous Work or Projects

I haven't done anything major in terms, but I have created a couple things with some help in certain places:

Updated TTT Suggestion Thread
A rant, which turned into a staff guide.
A pretty detailed list of the New Ranks which were added, with the help of the DR staff team.
Forum BBCode Guide
Updated BHOP staff list with the help of Morgan, as well as keeping it updated.
Some edits to the staff list, as well as keeping it updated.
Forum Games Guide

Conclusion: Why would I be the best candidate?

In conclusion, I believe I should be the next Community Manager as I have shown endless amounts of appreciation, dedication and effort towards this community - even where it's not necessarily needed; but I have done it nontheless because it's a pleasure to serve this community and help it's members out as much as possible. I'm always available to talk to people from a staff point-of-view or as a friend as I believe people in the community should feel like they're in a family rather than a game server - just as I do! If I was the next CM, the possibilites for me to help the community even further would be endless, as I have so many ideas to bring to the community

Thank you so much for reading my application (if you read it all), and I'm truly acceptive even if I am denied, as there are so many great candidates for this position!
