Chreso Ministries ministers to people. They run HIV/AIDS clinics, mobile clinics, vocational training programs, primary and high schools, a university and an orphanage called Fountain Gate children’s home.
Monitoring and Evaluation Advisor
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Monitoring and evaluation, Public health, Demography, Population studies, Computer studies or related field
Two years work experience in a similar position or field
Experience with smartcare HER system; ART/PMTCT program
Conversant with MoH and donor reports (MER, DATIM< DHIS2) and reporting systems (collecting, transmission, reporting and use)
M and E experience in HIV service delivery programs, ART and PMTCT will be an advantage
Experience or interest in quality assurance/improvement
Experience in writing technical or programmatic reports
Community Health Worker
Qualifications
Diploma in Social work or related field
Two years work experience in a similar position
Excellent writing and communication skills
Good command of the English language
Previous experience in a supervisory position with MOH or an NGO
Strong numerical skills
Flexible and emphathetic
Able to work in the field, remote areas, private homes or in a complex program
Assistant Accountant
Qualifications
Grade 12 certificate
Part two ACCA/CIMA qualification
Two years working experience in a similar position
Knowledge of ‘quick books’
ZICA licentiate
Must be a paid up member of ZICA
Able to prepare month-end financial reports
Experience in USG financial rules and regulations
Experience in donor reporting
Registered Nurse
Qualifications
Diploma in Nursing
Two years work experience
Fully paid up member of GNC
Receptionist (3)
Qualifications
Diploma in front office management
Two years in a similar position
Good command of the English language
Advanced computer skills
Demonstrated high attention to details
Able to complete given tasks on time
Good organisation and prioritisation skills
Able to work well without supervision
Trustworthy, responsible and innovative
Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality
