Fixed term from 1 January 2015 to 30 September 2015, with potential to extend subject to funding

The Department of Government is an international leading centre for the study of public policy and administration. It also has successful interdisciplinary research and teaching activities, for example in regulation.

The successful candidate will play a role in the teaching and research activities of the Public Policy and Administration Politics group within the Department of Government at the LSE. You will have completed a PhD in political science (or a related discipline) by January 2015 and have a developing research record in political science/public policy as evidenced by an emerging publication profile in major political science/public policy journals or equivalent, and demonstrate excellent teaching skills.

Applications are encouraged from political scientists in all fields of public policy and administration. Applications from candidates with expertise and interest in the field of comparative public policy and regulation are particularly welcomed.
