Cavmont Bank Limited is a diversified financial institution with 19 branches across the country that provides high quality products, services and financial solutions to the Retail and Corporate markets.

We are looking for an outstanding Human Resource with extensive experience in high profile and complex environments to fill the following position:

Corporate Relationship Manager- (3 positions)

This position reports directly to the Head of Corporate Banking. The job holder will be responsible for having a clear understanding of each client’s industry and business, together with the internal and external factors affecting the long term viability of the business and industry sector.

Key results areas

• Responsible for Client Profitability and Risk Management.
• Responsible for developing and maintaining credible customer relationships.
• Responsible for cross-selling and marketing the business and its products.
• Excellent service delivery to maximise efficiency, value addition and cost-benefit ratio.
• Excellent customer service and people management skills.

Experience, knowledge and skills

• At least 5 years’ experience in a Retail or Corporate Banking environment.
• Knowledge of customer relationship management principles and practices.
• Clear understanding of the bank’s product range in order to effectively service the clients.
• Cross-selling and marketing skills essential – Ability to match client and product knowledge to identify cross-selling opportunities and/or pre-empt customer financial and business needs.
• Ability to analyse & evaluate financial information, work well under pressure, deliver results and meet customer expectations.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal relationship, planning &organising, problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Computer literacy essential (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

Qualifications

• Full Grade 12 Certificate with credits or better in English and Mathematics
• A degree in a commercial field or equivalent professional qualification
